- 3 rashers of chopped bacon
- 1 egg

Preparation Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Fry the bacon until golden and reserve the fat.
Combine peanut butter, egg, maple syrup, water, and slightly cooled bacon fat and stir. Add the wheat germ, flours, and cooked bacon and stir. Open the dough and cut the cookies. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
